Not all pictures turn out the way you want them to... after the parade, swimming at the club, and a nice afternoon nap for all, we headed up to the George Bush Presidential Library. I thought I would capture a great 4
th of July picture of Colby and Holden sitting on the fountain in front of the library but...no. The fountain was hot on their legs and the sun was shining directly in their eyes. Needless to say, they weren't too happy with mom!

Mike got the kiddos glow-in-the-dark necklaces to wear. Here they are on the Aggie Bus riding back from the library to our car to watch the fireworks!

In that first picture it looks like Holden has just popped Colby on the back of the head...if I couldn't see her doing that it would have never occurred to me!
